Wedge Fractures And Reversal Of Cervical Diagnosed After An Accident. Bone Scan Showing Negative For Fracture After Six Months

I had a transmission fall a couple feet and land on my shoulder, my feet went out from under me, i landed on my butt with transmission on shoulder. Was diagnosis with a couple wedge fractures and reversal of cervical . This accident was in Feb. 1992. In august they did a bone scan that came back negative. No the insurance company is saying i never had a fracture.
