Weight Gain, High Cholesterol. Should Liposuction Be Done?

I have put on 40 pnds and now have high cholesterol so I am thinking of getting liposuction I have always been right around $126 hundred thirty pounds I'm 47 years old and a as of: 2 years ago I started putting on weight I believe it's from Prozac so I went off but I work out 5 days a week very hard and can't lose a pound please tell me what to do

Hi, the causes of weight gain usually are the excess of intake of food especially fats, and calories. or lack of physical work, and excess of sleep, and harmones play a role at this age.
I advise you to minimise the sleep time, and intake of fats, and calories. take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
