Hi there ~

The best way to reduce pain is to reduce calorific intake by not compromising on nutrition and to exercise daily. These are the only two ways that can make you lose weight in a natural way. There are medications and surgeries that can help you achieve the same. However I suggest that you see a nutritionist first and then your gynecologist to rule out any medical conditions to help with the condition. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
