Weird Periods. Spotting Brown Blood With Back Pain. Feeling Nauseous And Sick. Why Is It So?

I have always had weird periods. They come at different times an sometimes not at all. Well for the past 10 days I have been spotting brown blood. I've had back pain, little to no cramping. I am nauseous all the time, I hardly feel hungry and when I do eat, I still feel like I'm going to be sick. I'm gay, so I'm definitely not pregnant...

Hi thanks for using HCM.

Irregular periods, prolonged period or no period areall suggestive of some problem in uterus or hormone. Get one USG abdomen and pelvis done along with complete hemogram, estrogen level and get examined by a gynaecologist once. There is a treatment for all problems like PID, hormonal cause or due to ovarian cause and early treatment is the best one. All other symptoms like nausea, no feeling of hungry are secondary to these problem. Hope i answered all your query. Wish you good health. Take care.
