Hi I have some problems with my stomach/ intestine . I am having wet stool and i feel and hear noises in my intestine , which i think is gas and my girl thinks its both gas and watery stool rushing ....i also have minor vomiting , and i burp often......I also have pain below my torso and just above my belly button...it been happening since tuesday morning and today is thursday and im still feeling it..it is a little better than tuesday, I had to poop like almost 8 times on that day..please i need help..and what do you think i have

Yes you may be having some kind of intestinal infection of some food intolerance.
If it is not relived for so long you must see a Doctor, I do not know your location as what you can do is to take enough fluid and electrolytes in the form of ORS and naturally may be coconut water and butter milk.
Taking Curd or a probiotic also helps the gut. If it is severe you must seek medical advise or visit ER.
A proper antibiotic may be given to reduce infection and even symptomatic antispasmotic medicine may be taken when need is there.
Other amoebic and rare infection depends on your location.
