What Alternate To Trd Contin With Combiflam Can Be Used To Treat Back Pain?

Hi My mother is a Metastatic CA Stomach Stage 4 patient. She has a burning sensation in stomach and pain in the back which is relieved after taking TRD CONTIN 100 with COMBIFLAM. She takes it twice a day. Pain is relieved after 1 hr of taking these medicines. Is there any better substitute?

. This combination may be causing gastric irritation. Add some ppi like pantoprazole before these drugs. You can also try aceclofenac and paracetamol combination inplace of combiflam. But first of all you try only tremadol+paracetamol. If not useful then only you should go for above option.
