I have severe bursitis in my left hip for which I have been given multiple steroid injections that did nothing to alleviate the pain which is getting worse to the point that I can hardly walk. Using a cane does not help. I am Type II diabetic so am limited as to what anti-inflammatory meds I can take. i What treatment would you recommend?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The bursitis is not responding may be due to the un controlled diabetis. First check up the sugar level, if it is high, consult your endocrinologist for treatment for controle.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, mefenamic acid, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken,. and sea foods,to minimise the pains.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
