What Antibiotics/medicines Should Be Given To A Child For Cold, Cough And Fever Apart From Levolin/ Crophen Syrup?

hi my child has cold cough from morning and fever at 100 started right now, I have levolin syrup and crophen syrup but no antibiotic please suggest me any antibiotic or all medicine and how much days to follow I am from india delhi and it 12:50 night my id is YYYY@YYYY

Cold and cough is usually viral.
Fever is bodys response to fight infection.
You can wait for 3 days before starting antibiotics.
If needed usually amoxicillin is given .
