Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Recommended Dietary Allowances/daily dietary intake considered sufficient
Zinc -11 mg
Thiamin (B1)-1.2 mg
Riboflavin (B2)-1.3 mg
Niacin (B3)     -16 mg
Vitamin B6     -1.3 mg
Cyanocobalamin (B12)     -2.4 µg
Pantothenic acid (B5)-5 mg
Vitamin C- 90 mg
Folate (B9)     -400 µg
α-tocopherol (Vitamin E)-15 mg

ZEVIT cap contains :
zinc sulphate monohydrate 41.4 mg
vitamin B1 mononitrate 10 mg
vitamin B2 10 mg
vitamin B6 3 mg
vitamin B12 15 mcg
nicotinamide 100 mg
calcium pantothenate 50 mg
vitamin C 150 mg
folic acid 1500 mcg
Vitamin E-20mg
zinc plays an important role in insulin biosynthesis. Hence Zevit may be useful in patient of diabetes mellitus, apart from nutritional supplements of multiple vitamins.
Zevit can be taken regularly but not for an indefinite period ,if your diet is a balanced one and provides you sufficient nutrition,as excess of vitamins and minerals can give rise to hypervitaminosis/ toxicity.
