What Are Causes Crunch Like Pain In Stomach With Smelly Gas?

i keep having crunch, pain on my left side of the stomach down to back groin / waist and then feel troubled in my stomach with slow digestion and afer eating, and i keep feeling like going to defeacate but pass nothing but continuos smelly gas and too much urination

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
All your symptoms including pain in abdomen as explained, smelly gas with feeling like going to defecation and too much urination are indicative of the following:
This looks like Colitis on the left side.
Frequent urination can be due to urinary tract infection or so.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool test done on three consecutive days.
Tests of urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor and correlation with the reports.
This will probably diagnosis and a plan of treatment which can be a course of Metronidazole, antibiotics and probiotics.
If you do not get a complete relief, you may need further studies of contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen and colonoscopy for getting the correct diagnosis and further management.
