What Are Causes & Remedy For Greenish To Black Loose Motions?

My son(17 month old) is having a loose motion and 5 times today with greenish black colour.2 days ago he start of with vomiting and next day loose motion in yellow colour.But today loose motion with green colour and having fever (not high)also.what could be the reason for this and how can we treat this?please help

* Cause is intestinal infection with some bacteria or virus .
* Remedy include

- In our clinic , we recommend Anti emetic syrup ( as ondancetron ) to be
given 1 hr prior to meals on empty stomach
Anti biotics with Metronidazole on pack , pro biotics , Zinc formulations ,
Anti pyretics in certain fever range only
to give faster recovery .
- Offer plenty of liquids with oral rehydration salt formulations .
- Avoid commercials as biscuits , ice creams , cookies , junk foods
