What Are Chances Of Contracting Hsv Through Oral Sex With No Cold Sores?

I am a 22 yr old female. I met a guy, he performed oral sex on me and told me he was diagnosed with HSV1 and 2, but the doctor told him neither one was "active". Am I at risk? What are the chances of me contracting HSV from oral to genitals with no cold sores present?
