What Are Chances Of Recovery After Taking Immunoglobin For CIDP?

hi i live in thailand and have been told by my doctor i have cidp i have had a lumber punch electric nerve test and blood test whitch all seem to comfirm it.he has told me i need immunoglobin whicht is very exspenive ,so i need to go home to england can you tell me if they will give me immunoglobulin or is it to exspenive for n.h.s and what are my chances of makeing a full recovery.thanks bryan long
