What Are Medications For Severe Flatulence With Hyper Acidity? Taking Antacids, Proton Pump Inhibitors Activated Charcoal, Baking Soda

good morning. i have excessive flatulence. worse, i can't control it. it happens multiple times a day, and it affects my everyday routine. i was diagnosed with hyperacidity, and i've been watching what i ate ever since. but it didn't work. i've tried taking various antacids, proton pump inhibitors, activated charcoal, even baking soda. but again, they don't work. please tell me what's wrong?

If I would be your doctor then I would put you on anti protozoal drug because intestinal protozaol infection is the one of the cause of flatulence, and the best drug would be "Metronidazole 400 mg twice day for 7 days this will give good result have nice day.
