I had a blood test 3 days after, it came back negative, but would that have been too soon to tell? What is the percentage?

Hello
In your case the risk was double:
Unprotected sex with a sex worker & small cut on the surface of the penis ,these two encounter were most dangerous .
Now read this carefully this one.
As already , I mentioned that you were at risk.
The antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial contract and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months .
As you mentioned that you got test after 3 days , so this test was inconclusive .
In my opinion get in P 24 rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( pcr , rna ) as mentioned above period .
Hope this will help you.
