What Are Recurring Cramps, Lower Back Pain And Heavy Periods Suggestive Of?

I am having the worse cramps, back pain (lower), and heaviest period I have ever encountered.. I know my periods are irregular, so it causes heavy bleeding, but this time it s worse. My cramps are never ending (no Advil or Midol helps), to the point I want to cry and not move. I have never experience this much pain & this long! I have had these cramps for about 3-4 days & it s my first period day TODAY, and still cramps (but worse now). My aunt has had endometriosis and so it s come to question from my mother about if I have it.. But I am unsure. Can someone help ? Thanks!
