What Are Side Effects Of Coreg 40 Mg?

I have been taking coreg 40mg for a couple of years. I have a very deep cough I' m hot all the time, sweating, and light headed. Are these side effects of coreg? Is there another medication I should request. I did have a pace maker operation a little over two years ago.

You are taking Beta blockers i.e. coreg 40 mg ( carvedilol)
You are having COUGH, HOT FEELING, SWEATING , LIGHT HEADED .

Now I am listing side effects of corge:
Postural hypotension ( early stage , not in your case0, dizziness , headache, dysponea, bronchosppasm( may produces cough ) bradycardia, malaise, asthenia.
In my opinion all these symptoms mentioned by you in your query may be the side effects of coreg.
But you are also having pace maker so instantly you can't stop this drug ( because of vascular disease).
This is a cause of concern and you should consult a CARDIOLOGIST and get his opinion.
