What Are Small Tissue Paper Like In Bowels With Unexpected Weight Loss?

Hello, I notice that for the past month or so I've had what looks like small pieces of white tissue paper in my bowel movements. I've also been having unintentional weight loss. Is there any reason you can think of that this might be happening? Thank you.

u might be passing mucus or pus with stool. weight loss is not a gud sign. how much weight u lost and in how much time? is there any other history diarrhoea abd pain and bleeding with stool? u should get ur base line investigations done first. record ur weight
