What Are The Added Health Risks Of Prolonged Chronic Meth Use And And Poor Diet?

I have a friend who a few days ago was diagnosed with PCOS. Roughly 2 months after giving birth, she fell back into a severe meth addiction and has been chronically smoking the drug in excess for at least 8 months now. Most of her diet consists of Crystal Meth, cigarettes, fast-food, coffee, and occationally alcohol. I know this diet alone is a deadly combination of substances each hosting a number of detrimental physical and mental health issues......... My question is, what are the added health risks of prolonged chronic Meth use and and poor diet, when combined with PCOS (Polycystic ovary syndrome)? There is also a chance that she has not started her perscription for the PCOS.
