What Are The Advantages And Side Effects Of Modus 10 Mg Tablets?

Hello Doctor, I am Priyanka Netha, Age:24 Yrs old, unmarried. From the beginning I used to get irregular periods only. last 2 months i was continuously bleeding and i consulted a Gynaecologist, she preffered T.Modus 10 mg tablets for 1 month, simultaneously am also using 21 days oral contraceptive pills as prescribed by her. Kindly suggest the advantageous and side effects of the above said tablets pls.

Well..the modus has the active ingredient is medrozyprogesterone..its a female hormone which prevents the ovulation (hatching of female eggs from the ovary).
It us quite useful in the treatment of irregular menstual periods,amenorrhea and other conditions.
it has few side effects if taken orally like anorexia and weakness.if used for prolonged time then it can effect the bones.
