Hello! Cleft palate is associated with speech, hearing , verbal and nonverbal intellectual deficits. In your child's case while her hearing is normal her speech and intellectual ability appears to have been compromised. I'd advise you to get in touch with a speech therapist and a child psychologist for her treatment. It is a long process but do not be discouraged. All the best !
