Hi Mr Aman,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your diagnosis and current medications.

Epilepsy is a chronic condition and it needs regular medications to be taken for long-term.

Oxrate (oxcarbazepine) is a safe and effective anti-epileptic drug, and it is manufactured by Wockhardt Limited.

Carbox is the same medicine, manufactured by company Micro Labs. So, you can safely take car box tablets.

Other alternatives for the same medicine include Zenoxa made by Intas, Oxetol made by Sun Pharma, Selzix made by Ranbaxy, etc.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
