What Are The Bad Side Effects Of Botox?

Dr. Rynne, I have had two TURPS. One in April 2016 and November 2017. It has not helped me at all. I recently had viewurisonic (spelled wrong) and am scheduled to have Botox injections on April 16, 2018. I m told that this is the only thing left for me to do. I am concerned that Botox can cause me further problems with side effects, maybe reverse my situation and not be able to urinate without a catheter. I use two to three attends daily. I am 75 years old. Respectfully submitted.Les Chandler
