What Are The Benefits Of This Medicine In A Menopausal Lady?

My friend used to take Tri Regal but we now understand that it is now off the market and Trigestrel is now the substitue. Can u say what is the reason for the withdrawal of Tri Regal and is Trigestrel the only replacement? What benefits if any does this pill offer someone who is in menopause?
