Im having Heamoroids and doctor suggested me some Suposstories and DIH tablets.When i sit to defecate some veins are coming out and going back.I could not defecate properly.Could you please suggest the some tablet to have Watery motion to clear the current Feaces even though it is soft i have problem to send it out..

-Take over-the-counter option like Imodium drug
-Take probiotic supplements
-Eat rice, bananas, to start
-Avoid spicy food, caffeine and alcohol
