What Are The Best Treatments For Vertigo And Meniere S Disease?

I have been diagnosed with Vertigo and Meniers Disease for 27 years. I have been treated with medicines and lots of testing. Sometimes it lasts up to 7 days at home just dealing with it. Been to over 8 specialists through the years. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is probably the most common cause of vertigo.
Most of the time it will resolve without treatment in weeks to months.
I would suggest you to follow
Neck maneuver - Learn this from your ENT surgeon
Anti-histamine and Anti-cholinergic drugs like meclizine and scopolamine can be used.
Oral broad spectrum Antibiotics to treat the infection if there is any infection.
Thank You.
