What Are The Bruises And Tingling Effect In My Lower Legs?
Hi, I ve recently developed tingling in my lower legs. It started with my left leg up to my knee and now it s on both lower legs. I also now have to bruises on my lower legs. I don t know what is happening. I did go for a short run the other day and on a motorcycle. I m a 22 year old female.

Are you a smoker. It can cause such sensation called parasthesia. I would also suggest you to get your serum B 12 estimation as lack of vitamin B12 causes tingling and numbness and burning in feet. I would also suggest you to get vitamin D estimation and serum calcium level. Till that time you finished with all those investigation i would recommend you to take Pregabalin M tablet.
