my baby is of 3 yrs old she is having white discharge it has a oudur also it is cream in colour my baby is of 3 yrs old she is getting white discharge it has a oudur also it is cream in colour when it dries it becomes yellow please help me as soon as possible

I presume you mean vaginal discharge. The baby somehow appears to have vaginal infection. The baby needs to be shown to a pediatrician to find out what type of infection it is and to treat it accordingly.
