ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,

Primarily it appears to due to perforation in the ear drum and drainage is due to middle ear infection. You need X ray mastoid bilateral schullers view, Pus - culture and sensitivity, based on which you should have specific course of antibiotics. Due to histiocytosis your immunity is already reduced, which can be the cause of recurrent infection.

Hope you recover fast.

best wishes
