What Are The Causes For Having Burning Sensation In Nerve Running Under Teeth To Lower Jaw?

I have occasional severe pain in what seems to be a burning sensation in a nerve running under the teeth from one side of the lower jaw to the other. When the pain occurs, it feels like all of the nerves in all lower teeth are set on fire. I have great check-ups, so what could be causing such pain?

Hi and welcome to HCM,
This may be due to dental caries, dental cyst or odontoma. Please take Pantomogram x-ray which will reveal the pathology. Do you have diabetes. Also take x-ray of TMJ to rule out any abnormalities in. Take pain relievers.

Wish you speedy recovery

Thanks
