What Are The Causes For Having Pain, Tingling And Numbness In Left Arm And Tight Feeling In Chest?

I am a 40 yr old male for the last month I have been having pain in my left arm this past few days I have experienced a tingling numbness in my left arm then pain I have also felt anxcious and nervous My chest feels tight too What might be causing this ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your cervical vertebrae giving rise irritation or pressure on nerves passing through these vertebrae.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Go for EKG to rule out any cardiac cause.
Ok and take care.
