What Are The Causes For Pain In Right Hip?
hi i was lifting a car jack at a bad angle and i felt a sharp pain in the lower right side of my back, the pain only last a breif second but ever since my right hip is in constant pain, it almost feels like a charilie horse in my hip. Ant ideas what i did?

It could be a pulled muscle or ligament.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
You have to take bed rest for few days for complete recovery.
