What Are The Causes Of Bulky Uterus?

hi,its me dr nml.,ia.i m married for last 6 month,first time i had a spontaneous conception after one month,resulted in miscarriage,followed ay dnc,2months ago,i had 2 normal cycles.this month i quit contraception,now while i m almost 9 days away from my periods ,i m having cramping and have epigastric fullness,pain right side of uterus,dr did an ultrasound and said uterus is bulky,what r the causes of bulky uterus?am i pregnant
