What Are The Causes Of Delay In Periods After Stopping Birth Control Pills?

My fiancé and decided we would like to get pregnant. I stopped taking my pill at an odd time. I stopped taking my regular pill the 7th of December. Had a period from the 11th to the 15th. Continued my pill until the 20th, stopped and got another period the 25th - 30th of December and have not got a period since. I'm not sure how long until my next period. Would it be the beginning of January or the end? Is it possible I could already be pregnant and would a test show it? Thanks. :)
