What Are The Causes Of Having Recurring Painful Bruises In Legs?

Hello, my name is Alexis and I keep getting bruises in my legs. That are nickel to quarter sized and not very dark, yet painful. And they will be gonethe next day. Also the back of my knee has started to hurt. Its very painful. I was wanting to know why this could be happening. I don t eat meat, if that could have anything to do with it?

This could be the cause of lack of essential amino acids which are found in fish and red meat
also do immunoglobulin tests for systemic lupus

Good Luck
