What Are The Causes Of Having Urge For Urination, Foamy Discharge At The End Of Urination And Foul Smell?

I've recently been feeling a little under the weather and I've recently felt a sudden and urgent need to urinate. I've been mostly lucky to have made it to the washroom on time (though not always). My concern is that while urinating, the flow starts off normally and then it drops off and a weird foaming sound begins and results in a foamy type discharge. i've never had that before and my urine is fairly dark vs clear or light straw color. Sometimes it smells foul - almost fecal. What might be the cause?

I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Urinary tract infection as you mentioned that urine is smelly and that too foul .Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture and drug sensitivity test.
2 Diabetes is one of the most common cause . Diagnosis can be confirmed by HBA1 C and blood sugar examination.
3 Sometimes higher amount of urea ( nitrogen ) in urine develop such type of symptoms.
4 Semen along urine produces such type of symptoms and smell so get in urine culture .
In my opinion get in ultrasound of both kidneys with urine culture to rule out any disease.
