Hi, I am Medical Transcriptionist for the past 4 years. I recently started getting heel pain when I walk even for a few yards. I used to get this kind of pain occasionally, but I noticed that this pain starts when I do lot of work which consists walking related to household chorus and this pain starts when I walk and it does not come when I m taking rest. Pls guide me. What should I do?
