What Are The Causes Of Sudden Spikes In Thyroid Levels ?

Dear Doc, I have thyrioid and it shoots up within days ...i take 25 mcg thyroxin by which my level was controlled but all of a sudden after 3 months it was 7.789. Can you please suggest any reason why it shoots up .

you should get complete thyroid profile done to know the level of each hormone & ultrasound of thyroid gland & get proper diagnosis after that ,consult endocrinologist for proper treatment.Dose of thyroxin can be adjusted as per need
