Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Are The Causes & Treatment For Attacks In Leg?
My husband is 48 yrs old and was severely burnt on 51% of his body he had major grafting done on both legs thigh to ankles, ab, back and both arms and hands 6 months ago. He is having what feels like attacks with a tatoo gun on his legs and arms just recently began What causes this, will it go away and how can he treat it to ease the pain?
His symptoms could be related to peripheral neuropathy or a pinched nerve. For this reason, I recommend performing nerve conduction studies and consulting with a neurologist. Starting pregabalin or gabapentin would help improve his situation.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
