What Are The Chances For Me To Catch HIV From My Partner? Can I Go For Blood Test After 2 Months And 3 Weeks?

Hello, I'm a 31 years old female. Nearly 3 months ago, I had protected sex with my biosexual male friend (*Robert). When he ejaculated and pulled his penis out (he didnt leave his penis inside me for more than 5 seconds for sure), we found out that the condon was broken and his semen was in my vagina. I tried to squeeze it out and wiped it. I asked him if he had any unprotected sex before and he admited he did with his gay friend,*Neil, about 2 weeks before he had sex with me, he was a top and he didn't use any condom. They had sex 2 times according to what Robert told me. For me and *Robert, it was only one time. We never had sex again.
Just 3 weeks ago I heard from a friend of mine that *Robert's one year partner, *Patrick, who is a bottom, has HIV. He found out from the letter that was sent to his old flat. Also another rumour that *Neil has HIV as well but i have no proof. So when both of them have it, I assume that *Robert might as well have HIV and it's driving me insane. I dont need to describe the feelings because you have already heard a lot from others about condom broke. My case is a bit too risky because he's more likely to have HIV.
My questions are:
1. What are the chances for me to catch HIV from him?
2. Can I go for blood test after 2 months and 3 weeks? Do i really need to wait for the whole 3 months? (I really want to get it out of my chest before x'mas...)
Pls help me.... I'm feeling really like in hell.

I have gone through your history very patiently and i have understood it well.
Assuming that your sexual partner might have been HIV positive, the incidence of condom breaking during sex amounts to unprotected sex and certainly risks transmission of HIV.
The chances of contracting HIV from an infected male partner from unprotected peno-vaginal sexual contact is about 1 in 2000 for females (compared to 1 in 2500 risk for males because vaginal surface area is more as compared to penile mucosa)
You can certainly go for a screening test right away; most of the individuals who are infected with HIV have detectable antibodies at 1 month post infection. Therefore, if the screening test turns out to be negative it is very likely that you would be HIV negative and therefore you can feel at ease.
Still, testing at 3 months is advisable to cover for the window period of HIV and would be considered to be conclusive.
