What Are The Chances Of HIV After Having Unprotected Oral Sex?

Hi docter.26 y/o male.just simple but stressfull question.i live in a small town and there are no permanent doctors and i'll only be going to a city in about 8 months.now the question/problem is.something happened at a bar and i got some unprotected oral from a lady but a long story short she made a mistake and it lasted only about 20 seconds,so my question is what are the chances of being infected with HIV because i dont know her and i'm a paranoid guy.Thank you very much.

Chances are very less. But still not 100% sure that you are safe. However no need to worry because almost negligible chance of hiv by this mean. Just go once through the hiv testing and make sure thatvyou are safe. Go for confirmatory test like elisa hiv1 and 2 antibodi and p24 antigen combo test.
