Hi,
If the baby in your present pregnancy happens to be negative too, you may not see any complications. If the baby you have already had is negative, you may not have developed any antigen in the past pregnancy. Else, you can expect certain difficulties during pregnancy as well as in the perinatal period in the absence of immunization. You should get a high resolution anomalies scan; cause of the polyhydramnios should be deciphered and if correctable, attended to as early as possible. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you safe motherhood.
