What Are The Chances Of Internal Scar Tissue Occurrence Post Knee Replacement?

I had a full knee replacement 4 months ago. I am know dealing with internal scar tissue around or under mt knee cap. My doctor suggest that surgery might be needed. However this would be done after it has been a year from surgery due the risk of infection. If this done what keeps me from getting internal acar tissue again,

Nothing but activity and preventing infection..
Maintauning the full range of motion soon after the surgery .
And the quality of the material from whivlch the joint done..
Avoiding overweight and doing physiotherapy .
