What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Intake Of Glycomet And Duphaston?
Hi iam 31, wght 72, ht: 5, recently i got diagonsed with pcos. I was prescribed with Glycomet, MCBM, daily and duphaston in 16th 25th aftr my period. i dnt have thyroid. i getting periods monthly but not able to concieve, i want to know what are the chance of me getting pregnant with this treatment.
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Pregnancy while suffering from PCOS may at times be very challenging though possible.The management of PCOS depends on if you desire to be pregnant on not.In your case, since you wanna take in, your Doctor may prescribe medication to help you ovulate like Clomiphene.If clomiphene alone isn't effective, your doctor may add metformin(Glycomet) to help induce ovulation.You may discuss with your Doctor to consider discontinuing duphaston as being a progesterone, it may rather help to prevent pregnancy though may help regulate menses if a menstrual irregularity.
