Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your gynecologist might have confirmed that you are not pregnant. So She/he had given Duphaston for 5 days for inducing a period after stopping of it.After stopping of duphaston you might get a period within some days.If your period is normalized in PCOS you have a high chance of getting pregnant. If not normalizing and there is no ovulation after medication then the final approach is laproscopic drilling of ovaries which most women get pregnant soon after the procedure.Initially metformin therapy liraglutide therapy weight loss clomiphene citrate etc should be tried.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
