What Are The Chances Of Recovering Being A Heart Patient,kidney Patient,diabetic & On Haemo Dialysis?

Hi , my father in law (60) is a heart patient and has been through bypass several years ago now his heart is working 10% only. he is kidney patient and is on haemo dialysis he is diabetic as well. what are the possibility of him to get well and if there is any how?
