What Are The Consequences Of Injecting Neupogen While Suffering From Sarcoma Tumor On Shoulder?

Im 16 weight is 180 and height 5 7 and i have a sarcoma tumor on my left shoulder what would happen if you are injecting neupogen 1.3 cc and the syrenge is broken between the needle and the the tube and you push the whole medicine was pushed into the fatty area and the medicine came out of the syrenge through the broken area....would air have gotten inside the system since the medicine didnt go in?..
