What Are The Consequences Of Tibial Plateau Fracture?

I suffered a pretty bad tibial plateau fracture in a car wreck...it was in november...I still am not supposed to walk on it...and I have had 2 surgeries....my question is why did the doc say it will never be normal?? What types of problems could I have???

I really appreciate your concern, such opinion depends upon the nature of fracture and doctor must have found like that so given this opinion still better to have second opinion, here the observation of test result and clinical condition is must for right advise hope this information helps.
