What Are The Diet And Exercise Plans For A 5 Year Old Who Has Cylindrical Power?
my son 5 years only, rubbing his eye many times a day. today went for eye check up, doctor diagnosed cylindrical with power .75 and .50 in left and right eye respectively. we had got same check up last year, that time everything was alright. we are upset today. please guide in terms of what all diets, exercises etc we shall have. regards sanjay

Nothtng can change cylindrical power now. After 2o more years you can think of refractive surgery. Diet ,exercise can not improve refractive error. Now give the correction which can be reviewed after two years.
