Regards .
Hello dear
Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .
* Difference between external and internal hemorrhoid
- External seems to be outside the anal opening always which may be
even sentinel tag which many times are asymptomatic .
Usually painless , no bleeding , routinely does not need intervention
- Internal hemorrhoid symptoms depend on the stage :
1st stage - usually asymptomatic , occasional accidental clinical
finding , does not protrude outside .
2nd stage - Protrudes in form of pink flesh or mass outside , goes
                        inside
                     - Bleeding with
constipation or hard stools .
                     - Sometimes painful , sometimes pain less
3rd stage - Prolapsed outside from inside and not going inside .
                     - More painful , even difficulty in sitting as well .
                     - Immediate surgery is mandatory .
* In your case , cause seems to be mucosal congestion from soft
stool with less fiber content .
Hope this will help to clear your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .
Regards .
